Surrounded by the deep blue sea, radiant sunlight, and the iconic coastal breeze of Central Vietnam, Pontech organized its 2025 Team Building program in Ninh Thuan under the theme: “Connect to Break Through.”

This wasn’t just a casual getaway — it was an opportunity for every member of the Pontech family to meet, share, and truly understand one another. Through this, we strengthened team bonds and reinforced the spirit of collaboration that Pontech values as a cornerstone of our culture.

Unique Cultural and Natural Experiences in Ninh Thuan

Beyond team challenges, this year’s team building journey brought everyone closer to the land we visited through meaningful local experiences that blended nature and culture — creating deep connections not just among teammates, but with the region itself.

🌅 Exploring Hang Rai – Raw Beauty by the Sea: Located just a few kilometers from Vinh Hy, Hang Rai greeted us with vibrant green moss-covered rocks and layers of dramatic stone formations. Known as one of the most stunning sunrise spots in Vietnam, the early morning visit offered our team peaceful moments of reflection and awe.

🪸 Snorkeling in Vinh Hy Bay: Under the crystal-clear waters, Pontech members explored colorful coral reefs and rich marine ecosystems — an unforgettable experience that reminded us of our responsibility to protect nature.

🍇 Visiting the Ninh Thuan Vineyards: We toured lush local vineyards, witnessed the grape-growing process firsthand, and sampled fresh grape juice and local wine right at the source.

🏺 Cham Pottery Making Experience: Team members learned the traditional craft of shaping clay by hand, listened to stories from artisans, and discovered the cultural depth of one of Vietnam’s oldest communities — a rare chance to engage in local heritage as part of our team building journey 2025.

These activities offered more than relaxation — they sparked curiosity, creativity, and a spirit of learning, values that Pontech encourages daily within our teams.
