The O&M Building (Operation and Management) serves as the headquarters of Ho Chi Minh City Urban Railway Line 1.
Located at Long Binh Depot in Thu Duc City, the building covers an area of approximately 3,100 m² and features a 2-story reinforced concrete structure.
