Scope of Works
Pontech was in charge of the entire structural conception design, from preliminary design to detailed design and tender assistance. The project features a mixed structural system, including reinforced concrete, steel, and timber structures, and is located in a site with special conditions such as earthquakes and strong hurricanes. Our scope includes:
- Structural design and optimization, taking into account construction methods;
- Dynamic analysis for earthquake and hurricane load;
- BIM with Revit.
