Scope of Works
- Techincal assistant to the Client in the full detailed design for all structural components, including foundations, substructures, superstructures, and adjacent retaining structures of a special portal frame bridge;
- Addressing complex geometry due to a large skew angle of the overpassed road, ensuring structural safety and ride quality for high-speed railway operation.
HS2 (High Speed 2) is a high-speed rail project in the UK, designed to connect London with Birmingham and cities in the North. Construction began in 2020, aiming to reduce congestion, shorten travel times, and stimulate regional economic development.
The project’s scope has since been scaled back and now focuses on the section from London to Birmingham, with completion expected between 2029 and 2033.
