On June 24, 2025, during the graduation ceremony of Class K65 – the Excellent Engineer Training Program (PFIEV) at Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (HUCE), Pontech proudly participated as a corporate partner, supporting the education and career development of future structural engineers.

Pontech participated as a corporate partner, supporting the university in training and developing the next generation of structural engineers.
As part of this collaboration, Pontech presented two honorary scholarships to:
-
The valedictorian of PFIEV K65, recognizing outstanding academic excellence
-
A student with an exceptional graduation thesis, demonstrating strong technical thinking and practical design ability
-
-
Dieu Linh Nguyen (Valedictorian)
-
-
Trung Hieu Tran (Valedictorian)

A Milestone of Transition and New Beginnings
The graduation ceremony marked not just the close of an academic chapter, but the start of a new journey for young engineers. Pontech had the opportunity to meet and speak with students — listening to their aspirations, their passion for structural engineering, and their hopes as they prepare to enter the professional world.

Pontech engaged in conversations and knowledge-sharing with the students
Through vibrant conversations and genuine connections, we saw a generation of passionate, responsible young engineers — those ready to contribute to the sustainable future of structural design in Vietnam, and one day, beyond.

Students enthusiastically raised their hands to join Pontech’s mini game
Structural Design Thrives on Capable Minds — and Purposeful Mentorship
As a specialized structural design consultancy, Pontech focuses on office-based engineering work — from developing structural models and construction drawings to verifying load-bearing performance and coordinating with all project stakeholders to ensure feasibility during on-site implementation.
Though not directly involved in construction, we maintain close collaboration with contractors and investors to understand site conditions and provide timely, practical technical responses. That’s why we place long-term priority on investing in people — especially young engineers who are well-trained and seriously committed to their career development.
This scholarship is part of that commitment: helping high-potential students access a professional design environment and grow into responsible, technically solid structural engineers who can collaborate effectively across disciplines.
Partnering with Universities for Sustainable Development
This scholarship initiative also marks the first step in implementing the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between Pontech and HUCE in June 2025. The partnership is built around a shared vision to:
-
Bridge academic training and industry practice
-
Provide students with access to specialized design environments, internships with project engineers, and hands-on mentoring
-
Co-organize academic activities, technical workshops, and long-term recruitment programs
At Pontech, we believe every successful design begins with an engineer who understands the essence of structure, thinks systemically, and works with integrity. That’s why we continue expanding our talent network by collaborating with leading universities, proactively identifying young talent, and supporting them from their very first career steps.
We may not stand on the construction site, but every drawing produced by Pontech plays a role in shaping real-world structures — with engineering quality as the foundation, and people at the core.
